Have had a solid experience with Rich's Home Fashion. I had multiple shades installed back in 2019. Recently had issue with an HD Duette LiteRise where the internal "motor" was broken. Basically couldn't lift the shade up anymore. Reached out to Nathan via email, who then sent out Max the following day to repair. Servicing on a sale from pre-pandemic days 3 years later is a testament to the "little guy" and extremely satisfied with the service level.

Before going to Rich’s we explored shades options from other stores but nobody could match the attention to detail and expertise that Nathan offered. During our in-home consultation he spent hours explaining the pros and cons of each shade type. Once we picked, the hunter douglas shades were ready within the expected timeframe.
