• Hunter Douglas window fashion products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship or failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product (unless shorter periods are provided below).
• All internal mechanisms.
• Components and brackets.
• Fabric delamination.
• Operational cords for a full 7 years from the date of purchase.
• Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.
• Hunter Douglas motorization components are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.

To ensure your window treatments fit perfectly and function properly, we recommend leaving installing to our certified Hunter Douglas experts.

Please note that we will do the final measure for your window shades.  When measuring for a quote, consider whether you want an inside or outside mounted window treatment. If inside, you’ll need to make sure your window is square by measuring horizontally at the top, center and bottom, vertically along both sides and center, and diagonally. Also measure the frame depth and take into account any window hardware that might obstruct the window treatment.

Nantucket shades have been treated with a proprietary process that optimally repels dust, soil and stains.

For everyday cleaning of your Nantucket Sheer Shadings you can:

• Lightly dust your shades.
• For a deeper cleaning try gently vacuuming your shades with a hand-held vacuum.
• Use compressed air or try a hair dryer set on a cool setting to blow dust away.
• If spot cleaning is needed, use a soft cloth or sponge moistened with lukewarm water. If necessary, add mild detergent and gently blot the fabric.
