Nothing but praise. My husband and I just moved to the neighborhood and were looking for a solution for our overheated sunroom. The team at Rich’s were great. We knew we needed motorized blinds for the full glass ceiling but had no idea how to design it to work in our room and budget . After 2 visits to the house they came up with a great solution that reduced the number of motors and therefore reduced the final cost significantly. The installation was perfect and we are so happy with the results.

I recently had Rich's do a large blind job for me. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. I went to the showroom where I met Nathan who helped me pick out the correct blinds for my project. He was very knowledgeable and came out on the weekend to measure. He kept me informed throughout my ordering process. Once the blinds arrived he sent his installer who was great and pay attention to every last detail. I would highly recommend them!

Rich's staff, specifically - Max exceeded my expectation. i had my Hunter Douglas Cellular shade repair and was told that repair will take around 3 days to get fixed. but Max made a way to repair same day! would definitely come back instead of buying a new one
