Nothing but praise. My husband and I just moved to the neighborhood and were looking for a solution for our overheated sunroom. The team at Rich’s were great. We knew we needed motorized blinds for the full glass ceiling but had no idea how to design it to work in our room and budget . After 2 visits to the house they came up with a great solution that reduced the number of motors and therefore reduced the final cost significantly. The installation was perfect and we are so happy with the results.
